Founded by Casiem Phiri in 2010, CST Consultantas has one clear goal: to make it easier for small-scale farmers and businesses to grow without getting stuck in red tape.
We are based in Mbombela and help businesses across the country move from basic transactional processing to high-level, strategic functions that turn them into valuable, scalable assets.

Casiem Phiri
Casiem is a Business Advisor, SAIPA Registered Accountant, Tax Practitioner and Independent Reviewer (SA) with years of experience working with farmers, SMMEs, development organisations and private sector clients.
Driven by his passion for farming and supporting small businesses, Casiem’s work focuses on helping small-scale farmers strengthen their operations, meet compliance standards and access formal markets, including connecting farmers to initiatives like the Spar Supplier Development Program.
